Finding gifts can be hard sometimes. Especially if they already have everything. No thanks to the grandparents 😛 However for some reason the littles still always want everything anyways so there is usually many options to choose from.
I remember when I was younger and my favorite thing around the holiday season was to get the Sears Christmas Book. Does anyone else remember this? I loved going through that giant Christmas catalog and folding the pages that had something I wanted. Also I would take a maker and circle it just so it was clear what it was I wanted. I mean when you are a kid you want everything right? but does that feeling ever really go away?
I have made a list below of my favorite gifts for boys and girls. Some we have and my boys use on a daily and fight over on the daily, and some that they have expressed they would REALLY want. Or at least Sweets has, Little hasn’t gotten to that stage yet.
My boys love this car! It is very interactive with the cutest songs (that may get stuck in your head and you may end up knowing every word! but then again what song doesn’t get stuck in your head every now and then when you have kids. It’s possible I may wake up singing them ;)) and it comes with blocks in the shape of a triangle, circle and square where they have to try and place into the door in the right spot.
These blocks are a must in our house. We actually have 4 bags. The boys love to make tall towers and then knock them over.
This toy is great for learning shapes, colors and matching.
Crayola Washable Kids Paints
We love our crafts and these paints are perfect. They are washable so let them make all the mess they want and it will clean up so easily. Plus painting is so much fun. Sweets likes to paint with his hands not the brushes.
This set is amazing. They can color on the sheets and then when they are done you simply wash away and reuse.
Tools, tools and more tools. In our house there are so many tools, and not just the hubby’s. The boys love to play and build and this little tool box is awesome.
I love learning tools for the littles and this is fantastic for just that. Its portable so you can bring it with you while travelling they can use it in the car to keep them entertained all while learning and having fun.
This game is super cute and perfect for the little ones because there isn’t much to it that they have to remember.
Again more blocks but how cool are these ones. They are giant so it will kick up their building game to the next level. We have bought these for Little for Christmas and I know that both boys will find them so cool. There may even be a few fights over this one and who gets to knock down the tower first.
I hope you enjoyed this post and found it helpful.
